Recently the Elder Scrolls Online Developers did a livestream on Twitch announcing what was coming in Update 43. It is a free update to the base game featuring a new Housing Feature and updates to Infinite Archive.
Update 43 will be on the PTS on Monday July 8 and launch Monday August 19 on PC/Mac and September 4 for Xbox and PlayStation consoles. See the Update 43 PTS Patch Notes for additional details about the update.

Home Tours
Home Tours is a new feature in the Group and Activity Finder that allows you to list and tour player houses. There is no limit to how many homes you can list. There are four different tabs.
- Recommended – selection of homes determined by players
- Browse Homes – shows all listed homes
- Favourite Homes – your personal favourites list
- My Listings – interface to mange your home listings
Filters
House listings can be filtered by Tags and House. You can also search for homes using UserID. Hovering over a listing will show its tags. You can add up to three tags to each House listing. You can search for multiple tags at once.

Recommended Tab
Is a selection of listed homes determined by players (the best houses). Players can recommend a home when they tour it. Recommending a home counts towards its ‘score’ (behind the scenes algorithm stuff). It is populated by both recommended houses and some newer houses.
My Listings
This tab enables you to select one of your homes then apply settings. You can select the following settings for each of your houses.
- Default Visitor Access
- No Access (can’t list)
- Limited Visitor (can’t interact with furnishings that have multiple states eg. lights, music boxes)
- Visitor (can interact with furnishings)
- Decorator (can’t list)
- Tags
- Current Nickname
You can not submit a home to be listed that has visitor access set to ‘No Access’ or ‘Decorator’.
To submit a home to be listed, click the Submit Home button.
New Homes
Two new homes were shown on the livestream. It is currently unknown when these homes will be released but we know how they will be obtainable.
Seabloom Villa
- Location: Auridon – Near Seaside Scarp Camp World Boss (west of Tanzelwil POI and Wayshrine)
- Type: Classic (400 traditional slots)
- Special feature: Toggle flower/vine display on house
- Release date: TBA
- How to get: Purchase
This house is already visible on live servers. Here are some screenshots of the exterior.
Haven of the Five Companions
- Location: West Weald (east side near Lake Olo World Boss)
- Type: Classic
- Special Feature: Companion Table – 5 Companions Vision(s), table is a furnishing
- Release date: TBA
- How to get: Earned by collecting fragments from several events
The entrance to this House is located north-west of the Lake Olo World Boss (confirmed on PTS).
Infinite Archive
- Adding Fire and Ice based Arenas
- Hazards to navigate while killing monsters
- New Daily Quest Giver – Esalinwe
- Target Marauders or Fabled Monsters
- 10 new bosses and 2 new marauders
- 8 additional Verses and 10 additional Visions
