Here is my quick guide to how to skip the tutorial in New World.
If this is your first time playing New World, I would just recommend doing the tutorial. It doesn’t take very long at all and it goes through all the essential combat basics you need to know to get started in New World!
Once you’ve made your character and go past the cutscene, you will enter the tutorial area.
All you have to do is hit: ESC -> Game Menu -> Skip to New World
When you hit ‘Skip to new World’ it will take you straight to one of the four starting zones.
If you are going to be using the Sword as one of your weapons, you may be better off doing the tutorial so you don’t miss out on a level of Sword Weapon Mastery.
