Pit Fighting promoter Crottus “Thumbs-Down” Lycus built this private arena atop the haunted ruins of Molavar because the land was cheap, and what could go wrong? He vanished mysteriously some time ago, and his unique Arena Home is back on the market.

Features
The home is the first of its kind in Elder Scrolls Online. It features traps you can activate within the Arena part of the home. You can activate these traps using switches. The switches are located on the on the platform overlooking the arena opposite the entrance.
There are three different types of traps.
- Lightning Trap – slows and direct damage if you stay in proximity
- Blade Trap – bleed damage
- Lava Trap – direct damage
Lightning Trap 
Alternates between 2 different patterns. 
Blade Trap 
Blades follow the lines in a repeating pattern. 
Lava Trap 
Spews Lava at random (somewhat).
